Title: Recipe Review: White Finger Rolls page 168 British Isles on a Plate.
Post by: Cornish Cream on November 27, 2015, 07:18:22 pm
We loved these.I made them to use with the Pulled Pork and Cider Rolls (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16840.msg403159#new) recipe.
I did warm the milk to 37c before adding the rest of the ingredients and then I kneaded the dough.

These would probably be nice for that rare occasions when you have sausages and onion in a roll.

I made these again today. I used fresh yeast which I warmed with the milk and sugar prior to adding the other ingredients. It's a beautiful dough.I love working with fresh yeast :D
