Hi I'm from Perth, Western Australia, have had my Thermomix since March and love it. Still learning but want to give everything a go. Would love to learn to convert normal recipes to Thermomix.

Hi Rita60, welcome to forumthermomix. I'm also from Perth. Eventually converting will become second nature to you. Initially it is a good idea to find a similar recipe in your provided cookbook and follow the steps there, adapting as you need too. We are always here to help, almost 24 hours a day as our overseas members can help if we are asleep. Please feel free to ask anything at all. We have all been through the learning stages.

Hi Rita, welcome to the forum. I was like you, wanting to convert my recipes but thinking it was impossible, especially back in 2008 when Thermomix recipes were very sparse. Once you do a few, you'll read normal recipes through the eyes of a TMX owner knowing you will be able to make it in your new machine. I do find now though that there are so many recipes and blogs out there that I don't need to convert much these days.
Thanks for joining us, please do keep us informed of your progress.
