I love that blog Chookie. Ive been reading it for a few months now, since you first posted about it.

Last night I started a spelt sour dough using your starter, coming up with my own method from what I've read on that blog and everything you've taught me, happy with how it looks. Will cut it at lunch time and see how it tastes. It's the first sour dough I've made for ages.

Wow Kate, wonderful. Wish mine looked like that. 
I really think that with the SD , you have to try lots of different recipes and methods until you get one you really like. Often it is dictated by the time you have available.
