So, I'm having guests for dinner tonight and making my signature dish, steamed salmon with burnt orange sauce.
Problem is, I've left my book at my other house and I urgently need the sauce recipe.
It's in the womens weekly 1000 best ever recipes, ( the white book). I've googled and can't find it online. Is there anyone out there that has the book and can give me the recipe.
Thanks
Chrissa

Hope someone can come to your rescue in time.

Ha ha. Me too !

Chrissa I don't have that book, sorry. Is this the one? http://www.foodtolove.com.au/recipes/chicken-thighs-with-burnt-orange-sauce-24307

Or this? http://www.boiledeggsandsoldiers.com/2014/10/steamed-salmon-with-an-orange-sauce-quick-easy-and-a-little-bit-fancy-for-a-mid-week-dinner/
They both mention the Women's Weekly.

Thanks cookie it's the same as the first one.
I searched and searched but couldn't find it. Thanks sooo much.
I'm sure my guests will appreciate it too.

Great. I have just found it in my Kitchen recipe book by Women's Weekly too.

I have that book as well ! Didn't know it was in there.
I've just finished making the sauce ready for tonight
The only difference was the first link has apple cider vinegar and the original has rice wine vinegar
Hopefully it doesn't make too much difference
It really is a very delish sauce with the salmon. Served on cous cous
Yum
Thanks again for your help

My pleasure I might give the recipe a go myself.
-
Phew thank goodness for that :D
-
It was delish !
Perhaps next time I'd better organise my dinner plans a little better 😏

I think the rice wine is sharper than the Apple cider.

Hopefully someone will come to the rescue.
