Title: Avocado Salsa - A Taste of Vegetarian p46

Very quick to whip up and yummy. Salsa accompanied the nacho's from p77. It is full of liquid so needs a bit of draining.

Why oh why haven't I tried this yet  :o  Would it help if the tomatoes were de-seeded, do you think?
