Autumn is slowly arriving, so I scoured the Internet for a Chai recipe to warm me up a bit.

Here's a link to a recipe for a frothy Masala Chai for the Thermomix. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds great and I was very pleased to find it, because I wanted a recipe where you grind your own spices instead of just dangling one of those Chai teabags into the cup.
