Title: Review Pecan, Apple & Carrot Pudding CFM&Y Book 1 Pge 63, Book 2 Pge 136

I made the Pecan, Apple and Carrot Pudding last night and it was truly awful. The carrot didn't cook and was really crunchy. It may have been my reading of the recipe, but it could probably do with a lot more cooking. :P

How fine was the carrot after chopping Alexis? 5 sec/speed 5 I would have thought it would have been like grated carrot.  The recipe only uses speed 1 for the steaming process, maybe it needs to be upped a bit?
