I used the recipe chip for this recipe.
A nice delicate soup with a lovely flavour.Like the Creamy Courgette soup there is an option to add 40g of "spreadable cheese" ( which I did) to the recipe.
A cheap and very easy soup to make.I'm sure I will make this again.

Thanks CC. I can't wait for soup weather. I'm well and truly over the heat.

I don't know why I keep hesitating about mushrooms. I wonder if I am put off in the knowledge that they are fungi or whether it is that they can't be washed. Do you peel yours or just use them as is?
-
We use them unpeeled here in Australia DD, we would probably only peel huge mushrooms.
-
I never wash mushrooms DD.They go slimy :P I just wipe them with a piece of kitchen paper.
Cultivated mushrooms are grown in sterile growing compost so just need dusting off.I would peel freshly picked field mushrooms but it's years since I've picked any early morning.
