Hi All,
I'm Tam, I've had my Thermomix for about 6 months.
Found your forum tonight while on Pinterest looking at some recipes to try out.
I try to use my Thermomix everyday, figure it can just about do everything.
Ok, a little about me. I love cooking and especially like making preserves and sauces, although my beautiful machine doesn't hold as must as my old cooking pot. Its so much better I can walk away and get on with something else.
Well I'm going to end it there and have a poke around the site, see what's next on the "Things to try next" List.

Welcome to the forum Tam. I love making preserves, sauces and jams too. Achookwoman has some wonderful recipes.
