Title: Orange Hazelnut Crisps

Orange Hazelnut Crisps
Makes about 30
Ingredients
100g chopped butter
80ml vegetable oil
2 teaspoons orange rind
1 cup caster sugar
1 egg
225g plain flour
75g SR flour
60g finely chopped hazelnuts or any nuts (can leave out to make nut free)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
Place butterfly in bowl.
Add butter, oil, rind, sugar, and egg. Speed 4, approx. 1 minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and  :: until it comes together.
Refrigerate until firm.
Turn oven to moderate. I used 1800C
Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls. Place on lined tray. Press flat with hand.
Bake about 12 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.

This recipe is from the WW Quick Mix Biscuits and Slices. I have changed the preparation to thermomix.

Thanks Cookie, good one for biscuit tin.  If I have time will make some today.
