Hello everyone,

I'm Anka, from Canberra, and I'm very happy to be a new Thermomix owner. It's great for our family!  :)
I have a 7 year old boy who already enjoys cooking with Merlin (that's its nickname).

I've discovered this forum looking for vegetarian recipes for TMX5 and I want to thank you for keeping this great community alive.
A few things about me: I love to improvise while cooking, I enjoy baking as well and can't wait to play more with chocolate recipes.
Yesterday I made Belgian truffles from dark chocolate ganache with a little cinnamon twist. Divine  :-))

Welcome Anka. I'm sorry you have had problems with logging in and messages disappearing. I sincerely hope it doesn't happen again. As I mentioned I have referred it on to MM.
