Wanted a device to help make quick, healthy meals.

Interested in low GI cooking.

Welcome David.  I am from Mornington Peninsula.  Have a good look around the forums here and you will find heaps of recipes that interest you.  The cook books are great but some of the recipes posted on here are just divine.  :)
