I've just made the lasagne from the basic cook book. There is way too much Bechamel sauce. Any ideas on what I can do with the left overs??? Or can it be frozen 4 next time?

freeze in small amounts and add to Boscaiola sauce ,cheesy sauces ,risotto,soups and when making arancini
