Sorry, I feel like I'm spamming the forum tonight with my recipe reviews but I have been a very busy chick with my TM5.

This is a lovely mix of raw beetroot, carrots etc.  Absolutely delicious and ready in almost an instant.

We all appreciate them Nik, keep them coming.  Those with the latest model will thank you for your reviews.  It's always nice to know someone has tried a recipe you'd like to do yourself and hopefully everyone will take a leaf out of your book and do the same.

I made this salad today. It is raw beetroot and carrot but because they are chopped up very small it is quite edible. The various other ingredients give it a zesty sweetness that is very nice.
