If you really want to make your friends see and understand what a terrific machine you have, what recipes do you pull out?

I like my prawn crepes (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3601.0) for visitors.  If you have guests that don't eat seafood (there's always one) then you could use the Honey Mustard Chicken (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5129.0) recipe as the filling instead.

My chicken & leek filo pie (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6719.0) went down really well.

Nico's Thai Chilli Chicken & Basil (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=784.0) is always a winner.

Proscuitto rolled chicken breast in cream sauce (http://mythermomixhints.wordpress.com/2011/09/06/proscuitto-rolled-chicken-breast-in-cream-sauce/) is excellent.

Creamy Garlic Prawn Risotto (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7006.0) is a real winner.

I usually impress with a nice salad, there are lots to choose from on here. A couple of my favourites are Brown Rice Salad, or Pear and Walnut salad. I nearly always try to impress with some home made bread. I love making bread and it is so easy to impress with fresh rolls or a fancy bread. My most difficult to prepare bread was Sunflower Bread. I'm sorry I'm having trouble linking on my iPad.
