Title: Protein breakfast smoothie please!

Hi
I'd like to see some recipes for breakfast smoothies containing some nuts.  I'd prefer not too many weird and wonderful ingredients!  I want to start having some nice healthy get me going smoothies for those busy days.

If anyone has Cyndi's recipe - the one from the 21 day healthy eating plan I'd love that too

Hi Narelle,

One other tip to increase nuttage in smoothies.... make some almond milk in the Thmx and use that as a base for your smoothie.
I find it works quite well  :P
