Hi, I'm a new member from melbourne Victoria.  I've had my Thermomix for 3months now, and as with everyone else absolutely loving it.  Besides the normal dishes, I've experimented a lot which I love doing  - attempted mozzarella which turned out like the store bought cheese,
Makes pasta making a breeze.  
Look forward to sharing ideas
