Hi Chelsea, welcome to the forum with your first posting.  I have given you a new thread for your introduction so that all the responses will be yours ;)   I hope you don't have to wait too long for your delivery.  Please do keep us informed once the TMX is delivered and you start cooking.

Hi and welcome; when you make a list of what to make it gets longer and longer from all the wonderful recipes on this site. My files are bulging with printouts and I still haven't made it halfway through them and each day there are more. Definitely the best recipe book you will find right here on this forum.

Hi and welcome to the Forum Chelsie.  Hope your TMX arrives soon and that you enjoy the experience as much as we all do.  I have had my TMX for just over 2 years and am still loving it.
