Title: Review of Crio Bru Rye Bread. New e book form Tenina. Soups

I made this bread in a bit of a rush and I think I may have pushed it along a bit too much. The bread was lovely, but slightly heavy. I didn't use Crio for the liquid, just half milk half water.
I made 8 mini loaves as I had a tin this shape.
I will make the bread again but not rush it.
4.5/5 from me.

Thanks Cookie. I've just bought this ebook and wondered what this recipe was like. I'll give it a try but I think the crio would add to the sour/rye flavour. Have to rise the dough in the oven as bad weather coming our way!

You're probably right Bonsai. I will use it next time. I have some more coming, as I am nearly out. I possibly didn't have enough left to use last time. It was either for me to drink or for the rye rolls. I won out.  ;D
