Title: Curried Red Lentil Soup - Tenina's Souperbowl
Post by: Berry on July 04, 2014, 10:53:22 am
This was delicious! Lovely and thick, almost like a dhal.

It was pretty spicy (which we like), but I did use a hot home-grown chilli and left the seeds in, so would be easy to adjust to your taste.

Was ready in about half an hour too, which is an extra bonus.

5/5 for me  ;D

Didn't get to it the other night, but we had it tonight. It is delicious, just the right amount of heat for us. I made Buttermilk rolls to go with it. I used a whole chilli with the seeds still in.
5/5.
