Title: rubarb

hello,

I got some fresh rubarb from a friend, and I don't know what to do with it. I read somewhere of "Apple Rubarb Crumble with lemon-lime custard" that sounds delicious. Does anybody have the recipe for doing it with the Thermomix? or recommend me any other worth-to-try recipes?

This recipe Apple Berry Custard Crumble (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13605.0) might help you Valu. You could substitute the apple and berries with your lovely rhubarb and use lime zest instead of the spices. :)

Valu,  if you want to try both and haven't enough rhubarb,  mix a bit of apple in .
