Title: New - Fallow from Sydney

Tomorrow is my big day  -  my Thermomix is arriving!  I am excited and nervous and hoping that all of you out there will play a part in my learning and becoming comfortable with my new 'friend'.  I will be using many of your recipes and suggestions so THANKS in advance!

Thanks for your greetings fellow TMers.  I have had my unpack demo  -  made veggie stock and butternut/corn soup.  I am planning to make beef stroganoff and mash for tonight.  I hope it all works out :)

Well... I have made so many yummy dishes so far and have even boiled eggs for breakfast!  I am LOVING it  :).  I have some nice recipes and am very eager to experiment.  I hope I can build up enough confidence to start converting some non-TM recipes in the not too far distant future.  I wonder  -  what is the best dish you have made?

Hi Fallow and welcome! So many best dishes...one is JulieO's Pumpkin and Feta Risotto, another one that I love is the simple poached egg...perfect every time!

You have asked THE BIGGEST QUESTION there, Fallow.  Have you checked out CP's list of favourite recipes ... I think she has pretty well got everyone's favourite there.  Unfortunately I can't give you the URL for her thread just now, but I am sure someone will be on here soon to make up for my lack!
