Can anyone tell me what's the best way to make it a satay 'chicken' recipe?? The sauce is already made and still hot in the TMX, should I add the raw chicken strips and cook in the TMX for 10-20mins? At 100?
I'm not good at improvising with meat in the TMX lol

I would thread the chicken onto skewers and either steam them in the varoma or grill them Mrsando then just pour your sauce over the top.
