Hi all,
Just want to pop in here and give you all a brief intro. I am a new theromix user from Victoria Australia. I received my machine this week, and am looking forward to using it to create many fantastic meals, sweets marinades and maybe jams too.
I am married with 3 kids, love classical music and life in general.

Welcome to the forum. What sort of things have you made already with your thermomix? It is really an exciting adventure when you first receive your machine.

Welcome to the Forum.  I love making jam in the TMX.  Makes small quantities so you can vary what you make.

Thank you all for the welcome. I live in the Frankston area. I cant wait to get cooking with this thing. I'd set myself a little challenge. Starting Monday, I will use the thermo daily for one week.
