Title: Recipe review: Steamed Fish with Rice and Asparagus from A Seafood Bounty Pge 87

After letting this book sit on the shelf for 3 months, I finally decided to use it and made the steamed fish with rice and asparagus. I made it exactly to the recipe and the family found it quite tasty, no complex flavours but nice and simple - a good alternative to the many steamed fish recipes that have asian flavours.

We appreciate your review thanks emjrose, it's nice to add to a book that people haven't seem to have embraced.
