Title: Steaming meat

Is this a stupid question, can you steam your beef instead of roasting it and if so how do you translate the cooking times from roasting to steaming?

Hi Angber, since having my Thermomix I stream my beef nearly all the time it is so juicy I usually sprinkle some seasoning and herbs on it and you can use some of the water below for your gravy.

Thankyou, I have tried the steak with bbq sauce and that was yum!  Tried beef tonight was good but a bit tough!I think I needed to cook it for longer!
