Goodmorning! 
I have a recept for bechamel saus ,works fine ,but it is for 500ml, If I wont to make 1000ml (1L) do I have to dobble of time to ?

Look in the EDC book to see temp and time.  Not home at the moment so can't look for you.  Most things when you double the volume you don't double the time.
