HI MM
I've put in speed 1 for the missing speeds - hope that is right.

What size cans of tuna are referred to in this recipe. We generally buy the 425g size and I'm sure you don't mean 3 of those ???
-
MM seems to have missed this - it is likely to be the 200g cans like the "Sirena" brand, (http://sirena.com.au/products.aspx), but they may be even smaller ?

The tins of tuna in Spain are 80g each, (which in my opinion sounds about right for 4 people, 240g tuna)
