HELP! I have had my TMX for nearly 2 years.
I feel like my slow speed settings (soft and speed 1) have become uncalibrated.... Lately when I have been cooking dishes on reverse and slow speeds even when I have pre-cut the ingredients to bigger sizes they are coming out as mince after sauteeing... I wish I could post pictures of the consistency.
Also it seems to be stalling a reasonable amount when stirring things like meat sauces like curry etc.
Any one have any similar experiences? Someone did suggest getting my machine "serviced" does this exist??

Do you have a consultant dramb? I'd give them a call and if you don't have one either email Head Office or phone them. If you are in Australia they have a 1800 number.

i find soft stir to slow and jerky and much prefer speed 1 because it keeps things moving. when you say "slow speeds" what slow speed are you actually using?
get it checked out by all means.
