Title: Banana Bread?

Any banana bread recipes for TMX?  There is the Banana, Walnut and Date Bread in the EDC and that looks good, but wondering if there is a plain banana one out there?  Low fat too if possible  ;)

There is a good recipe in the English cookbook for Banana Nut Loaf.  Would you like me to post it?  It also has walnuts in it but if you can't take nuts you could leave them out or use another type of nut.
