I have made a similar cake DJ. It was delicious. Sort of cake like and moussey/ like mousse in the centre.

I thought it was going to be a TMX recipe DJ.  Are you going to convert it?

Maybe one day JD, but I figured it was easy to do in  *: anyway. Am too busy with house etc just now for any  *: cooking.  :-[

I've moved it DJ and if anyone converts it, they'll put the conversion into the TMX dessert section.
