Title: Minced Meat

Post by: Aussie Brenda on February 14, 2014, 10:38:43 am: Mia, just debone the chicken and put it in the bowl I probably wouldn't go much higher than speed 4 or 5 and watch it very carefully as chicken meat is soft and you could end up with mush very quickly so maybe wizz for three seconds or maybe just turbo and check after each go. Good luck, maybe someone who has done it and took notice of the times and speeds will come on .

Post by: Cornish Cream on February 16, 2014, 09:28:02 am: People do have problems with the lid and seal retaining odours Mia.Try scrubbing it with a paste of bicarbonate of soda and vinegar,wash it in detergent dry and place it in the freezer for an hour.Its best if you leave the lid off the jug when not in use.

I just sit mine on top, never locked into place nor do I cover the hole with the MC. Let everything air and breathe. Some suggest leaving the seal out in the sun to remove smells, it's worth trying everything.
