I use a Nigella Lawson recipe Hally.Its been used here on this website.
Char Siu (Nigella Lawson) (http://www.bakeforhappykids.com/2013/08/char-siu-nigella-lawson.html)but I use Ginger Wine( which Nigella suggests in the recipe) instead of the sherry.
