Hi - does anyone have recipes for mayonnaise and coleslaw dressings that are eggfree?

i made this for my DD (when pregnant) still make it when i dont want to use eggs or dont have any
egg less mayo
300g oil
150g milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
Weighed the oil out in a bowl ready to use.
Put the milk and salt in the the bowl and heat for 1 min speed 4 at 37 degrees.
Mix for 3 mins, 37 degrees, speed 5 while pouring the oil onto the lid with the MC in place.
Add the lemon juice (or vinegar) and mix for10 secs speed 3.
Add other flavours as you desire - garlic, mustard, pepper
Keep refrigerated until ready to use

Egg free salad dressing
Melt 40gm of butter on 60' speed 1 for 2minutes
Add 110 gm of white vinegar ,
1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsps of grain mustard and a pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix on speed 6 for 7 seconds scrape down the jug and mix again on speed 6 for 6 seconds.
Spoon into jar or serving jug and store in fridge.
You can use powdered or dijon mustard if you prefer.

Original recipe said to put all ingredients into a jar with a tight fitting lid then shake the jar like crazy to mix it up. Using the Tmix is a bit more sophisticated as well as less wear an tear on my elbows and wrists.
