Hi I'm really excited to join this forum. I ordered my tmx last weekend and can't wait to get it and start using it. Did a big shop on Wednesday and everything lol. So hi and hope to be a useful member of the forum.

Welcome to the forum. It is so exciting purchasing a TMX. Waiting is the hard part.
You sound very organized having shopped already. You have time to browse recipes and see what you would like to cook first.

Yep I've been impatient all week lol. Really can't wait as I've never even used a food processor before. I'm in Northern Victoria :)

I am still waiting on a delivery from shopping naturally though ;)

Got my thermomix yesterday afternoon. I made chewy choc cookies, banana choc-nut icecream, sorbet, vegetable stock and salami fettuccini last night. And today I've made focaccia and healthy LCM's. Enjoying it so far. I was shaking from excitement yesterday lol.

You have certainly cooked up a storm already. That's the beauty of TMX, you know exactly what is going into your recipes.

I made custard last night. And today I made cheesymite scrolls and cinnamon scrolls. Enjoying her so far, my lovely little kitchen hand.
