Hi all
Just registered on this site. I've had my Thermomix for eight months now and like most other users, just love it.
We are expecting guests for dinner - my husband's cousin, whose Thermomix demo introduced me to this amazing machine. I'd googled Thermomix and rosti as my Everyday Cookbook didn't seem to have a rosti recipe, and found jd's, so thanks Judy.
Will look forward to coming back and browsing when I'm not expecting dinner guests! ;)

Hi fergpip, welcome to the forum. You did the right thing by googling a dish followed by the word thermomix - it's amazing what recipes are out there, either on our forum or someone's blog.  Enjoy your guests, your TMX and the forum.  We have a lot of fun on here.
