Didn't have any Ten Times Sugar ready, so used normal icing sugar. Also used frozen and thawed egg whites, which worked fine. Certainly a quick recipe. Makes quite a sloppy mixture which I found messy getting onto the trays, but that is probably just my technique.
Yummy biscuits, but IMO for a fudgy chocolate biscuit I still prefer the chocolate fudge wudgy biscuit recipe from Riv Mum on here.

These might have less calories though Karen ;) They look very nice.

This household loves the Fudgy Wudgy cookies too. I have yet to try these.

I thought I had made these and didn't like them, but after rave reviews on Tenina's FB page I decided to have a crack. I'm a huge fan of the Choc Fudgey Wudgy (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=587.0) biscuit and these will never be a replacement but they were surprisingly good. The mixture got a bit stiff when all the ingredients were added and I had to give it an additional 5 secs (hoping that it wasn't overloading my blades). Yes it is relatively sloppy but just try and get a nice high lump of mixture as they do spread out quite a bit. Its a very chewy biscuit and I love the almond crunch. Not sure about it being a 'healthier' biscuit as there is 350g of icing sugar, but I suppose the cacoa, coconut and almonds cancel out that bit of negativity. Will definitely make again.

I've noticed everyone enjoying them CP. Do you think you could reduce the sugar a bit?

I don't really know cookie as I do like sweet things. I found the flavour as is to my taste ;)
