Title: Ice Trays.
Post by: Intrepidtrier on July 29, 2009, 03:37:41 am
I was reading somewhere on here the other day about how some of you were having trouble getting custard and other mixes out of your ice cube trays. Did you know that Glad Wrap make a plastic packet of ice trays. They are just like your ordinary trays only plastic. They come in a  packet of ten and all you do is pour your custard eg. in the top till all the cubes are full and then it seals itself. They are great because they don`t take up much space in the freezer because they sit flat. I use them for just about everything. Putting passionfruit, yoghurt, custard, lemon/orange juice in. Hope this helps somebody out there. Sandy

Yes, I know the ones you mean Sandy - they are great and can be poked into places in the freezer where normal ice cube trays won't fit.  Would never have thought to fill them with custard though ;) ;) Great idea, just pop them out when you need them.
