Title: Pork Belly Parcels

We had these last night in The Trustee in Perth.  Devine. Anyine have a recipe, I googled & nothing came up.

If you couldn't find something similar with google, it was probably a recipe the chef at that restaurant came up with himself Hally.

I think it must be because 3 searches came up & all 3 linked back to !the Trustee.

Glad I dont work in the city, I would be there regularly. The restaurant is directly across from where I used to work.

Hally I rarely eat out but have had success with getting in touch and asking for the recipe.
