Title: Hi from SE Victoria

Hi everyone, have been lurking here for a few months, decided to jump out of the closet finally  ;D
Have owned my thermomix for 6 weeks, after previously having a Bellini for 6 months.
Do you ever get over the addiction for thermo cooking? I seriously have to stop myself raving to friends who just don't get it!
I lay awake at nights menu planning.
I love this forum for everyday basics as well as the wow factor recipes.
Looking forward to sharing some of my inventions

Judy my little avatar mate is, of course, Spike, my little shadow, he also has a puppy sister Jess, naughty but an angel when asleep, she is a labradoodle, he's a cavoodle

Chris, I thought I saw a bit of Cav in Spike - my favourite dogs are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Welcome Chris. I have had my machine for 5 or 6 years now and still do all of the above. My DH drives people mad too.  :D
