I like sardines on toast, especially with tomato on top but I'm not sure about this one. If it was just the cream cheese and the sardines I think I'd be happier with it but the mustard and red wine vinegar spoil it for me. I only did half quantity and cut down on the mustard as well as I don't like anything laced too heavily with it. I am eating it on toast, fresh bread and crackers and by the time I finish my container I will probably grow to like it more than I do at the moment.

You're not wrong Denise. I do a day's cooking then I don't have to cook for quite a few days after that though so I'll get through it all.
I decided to blitz some of this with an equal weight of fresh tomato tonight to have on toast. I think I liked that better, it took away the sharpness of the vinegar and mustard.
