Title: What's your best Curry recipe?

We are having a curry night with friends next weekend - everyone brings a curry and we all share.  I'm down to do a chicken curry and was planning on doing the Butter Chicken from the Indian book.  But just thought I would put it out there to see if anyone has recommendations for any other amazing curry recipes? 

One of the families is Sri Lankan and the other family is Nepalese so they are both cooking their traditional curries which I am expecting will be sensational!  I don't want to let the team down 😃😃😃😃

I absolutely love the lamb saag from the recipe community but using kale instead of spinach. We are having it tonight :)

Wow you are amongst some great curry makers Snappy but don't try to compete with them, just take something different perhaps. 
My favourite is still Nico's Thai chicken curry (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=784.0) as I am not a burn-your-backside-off curry person.

My favourite is the curry from the first calendar, with the lemon feta and naan. It is a beef curry though.
I love the Butter Chicken too.

I love A Taste of Asia thai green curry, fav green curry paste :)
