Title: Review Gin Fizz ITM2 page 51

Well to round off a day of cooking, I decided to make myself a cocktail.  Getting good at reducing a recipe like this for 6-8 down to 1 person  ;D   Very nice, enjoying this immensely.

I had a quick look through ITM2, and I have to admit, this recipe would probably be the first that I'd try!

It looks similar in method to the champagne lemon slush from MWOC, which is absolutely divine, and really refreshing in hot weather. And packed full of vitamin C which obviously makes it a healthy drink!   ;)
