Title: Looking for A Potato salad dressing

Hi all,
I am Looking for A tried, tested and yummo Potato salad dressing!
I usually buy the bottle of it but since i now have a TMX i want to make it myself :)

Sorry I'm no help cuz I usually buy too but am in the same boat...would love a tried and true TM version!  :)

This is what I do. After making the salad I let it sit a bit with a mere drizzle if oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Before serving I mix sour cream With S & W Mayo. No other one will do. Gives a tang with no sweetness. My grandmother, mother me ,my DD all use this and everyone loves our potato salad. Even my brothers wife adopted this recipe.

Me too (sour cream and mayo) although I make the mayo and the last batch was with some basil pesto added and it was awesome (If I do say so myself  ;) )

There's also a cashew mayo in Aileen Sforcinias book that is also yummy on potato salad.
