I have noticed with the new bowl its been a little stiff, I just thought new bowl. Now I cant turn the lid to lock jt down.
Anyine had this before & any suggestions.
Aaggh cant be without thermie.
-
My Thermomix is new and occasionally I have trouble getting the lid to lock on. I have found that pushing the jug down more firmly onto the pins works. This might help.
-
Will try, but its just not twisting round.
Thanks for the idea, off to try again :)
Still no good, its like the roller (think its a roller) on the side diesnt move.
-
I'd have my consultant look at it Hally.

You haven't dropped the bowl Hally?
I dropped my second bowl and the lid wouldn't lock in anymore, the rim must have dented a little when it landed, though I couldn't see where. Ended up having to throw it away. Still need to replace it. :-\

I have emailed her.

No I havent & its all 3 bowls :o
-
Oh well that's different. Hope you find a solution soon. :P

Thanks & lovely to see you posting, but I wish this thread didnt exist.

I had this problem with a dropped bowl but if it is all 3 bowls it must be something else. I hope it is easily fixed.

My consultant has just been over.
Thermie works, I hugged thermie.
Goodness knows how, but thermie got stuck on closed lid, she turned it to open lid & wirked fine.
I dont know how I even missed that, I suppose because I didnt think there was a problem there.
ANYWAY IT WORKS
On the downside I nearly persuaded dh about no.2
HHW :)

Get another one anyway. 4 jugs and two Thermomix . Better balance

LOL, Do t think dh will see it like that. Not a good balance in our bank account.
Been spending up big recently ;D
Going to pop open a good sparkly later to celebrate Thermie coming back to life :)

What a good idea Hally. Might join you,
Gert

Wish I could join you but no bubbles in the house, having a nice white instead.
-
That does 't.make you a bad person wonder. LOL!
Gert
-
;D really feel like bubbles now.
-
Lanson Black Label here. Run out of Grant Burge
:)
-
TheGrant Burge is a good drop. I do not drink French bubbles as they do not appeal to my palate. I have a friend who buys me Moët even though for the last 20 years I have said don't bother. Lovely for regifting though

I prefer Australian sparklings generally but would love a friend like yours. I always loved travelling for work and having Tattinger in the first class lounges, there are some things I miss about work travel ;D

I could make an exception for the Tattinger.
