Title: Hello

I am another newbie, had my thermomix since last Friday and have used it multiple times everyday, I am very happy with it.  I did have a clean out  and sell most of my other things, but have since bought a new ice cream maker in blue (goes with the blue KA) and some trovelo dishes for ice cream.

I have been trawling through the forums and have picked up some great hints and tips and also recipes.

Thanks for the welcome.  I have cooked a few things already mostly from the EDC.

Creamy tomato and capsicum dip, herbed dip, dukkah, cheese ball, lemon curd, citrus curd
Chocolate muffins x2, date slice, caramel Anzac slice x2, chocolate buttercream
Creamy tomato and salami pasta, rice for fried rice and also for lemon rice pudding, mac and cheese
Rum and raisin ice cream, pineapple fruit soft serve, custard, crème anglaise, sticky date puddings (individual)

I am having a lot of fun playing atm.
