Title: Cholesterol

For those who didn't see it last night, Catalyst did what looks to be the first of two programmes on cholesterol - it is available on iview here (http://www.abc.net.au/iview/#/view/47209).  It was really interesting.

I saw it! A lot of what was said made perfect sense to me. It was all really interesting but of particular interest was what they had to say about sugar :o

We also watched last night and have the recorder set for next week.  It is being repeated I think at 12.30pm tomorrow.  Some of this we had heard before but it's great to hear again but not so great that here in Australia we are a bit behind the times!!!  Very interesting.
