I realise that this is an old post but I did a forum search on Creme Brulee from the EDC. I am a very new thermomix owner and I made the recipe from the current EDC. I think my creme brulee is overcooked so next time I am going to try the UK version.

I agree I made the one out of the new edc and it tasted very eggy,  I followed the recipe exactly so that's two fails so far
