Title: MC Cream

Does anyone have any idea what MC cream in a recipe is?  Can't work out what It means

 :(

Could it be the amount of cream. MC is short for measuring cup, the little clear thing that sits in the middle of the lid. So I think it reads one measuring cup of cream.

Agree with Kimmyh and obbie, but it would be good to know which recipe or the actual sentence reference so we could be sure.
