Title: Best Rum and Raisin icecream recipe for Thermomix

Hi there. Woudl love to hear of the perfect Rum and Raisin Icecream recipe.
I have had my raisins soaking for a day now, but just cannot find the EASY recipe. lol

Perhaps convert it back to how ice-cream is made in the TMX as per the basic ice-cream recipe in the EDC Melissa - there's more than one way to skin a cat  ;) ;D

Yes, Judy is right.  Make TMX method and stir the rum and soaked raisins in at the end.

Well I went all out and created a masterpiece!
I did the coconut icecream, and doubled with the rum n raisin.
YUM!!

Congratulations Melissa.
I make this  (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3895.0) icecream a lot because it is so easy and I add anything at all to it. I have done it as rum and raisin. I have even added a unset jam I made to it.

Melissa,  ice cream is great fun to make.  This coconut with Rum and Raisin sounds delicious.
